Level One Rowing Australia Coaching Course

Welcome to Rowing Australia's Level One National Rowing Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NRCAS) online course. This course is designed for beginner coaches, and in it you will learn about rowing, the fundamentals of coaching, teaching the rowing stroke, and building your coaching practice. Once you have worked your way through all the course content and successfully answered all the quiz / reviews you will earn your Level 1 coaching accreditation. Level Two National Rowing Coaching Accreditation Course

Once you have completed the Level 1 Rowing Coaching Couse, you are eligible for the Level 2 Rowing Coaching course. You’ll delve deeper into athlete nutrition, physiology, mental skills, and rigging and rowing technique. The course includes an online component and a one day seminar delivered by the State Rowing Associations, which will support your development and practical skills in rigging and coaching. On completion of the course, you will attain the Rowing Australia Level 2 National Rowing Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NRCAS) award and will have access to the course materials for 4 years. Coastal Rowing Australia Coaching Course

Want to start coaching the fast growing Coastal Rowing format ? Designed for coaches who've completed a minimum of the Level One Rowing Coaching accreditation, it covers the three formats of Coastal Rowing, and develops your skills and understanding in equipment, safety, and the technical focuses of coastal rowing. Level One Boat Race Official Accreditation Course

This online course supports you to become an accredited Level 1 Official. Once you have completed the online element of the course, you have 5 hours' practical work to be completed across regattas to become an accredited Level One Boat Race Official.
